Margareth wife of Jacob SHERRAIN, Justina wife of Michael SCHEFFER and Mary wife of Jacob WEZEL and Susanna wife of George RIGHT.

May 10, 1780 - December 1, 1780.
Wife Juliana to have everything in her hands for 10 years, "until the smallest children are grown bigger."
Son Christian shall have the place, which I as an heir got of my bro. Casper SCHEFFER and pay £250 to the children, who have no land.
To son Nicholas, the old dwelling place and pay £500 and maintain the mother. To son Michael, the place I bought of John HEHN, and pay £250. When the 3 smallest boys are 15, they shall be bound to trades.
