- Palmyra Area Genealogical Society
The Palmyra Area Genealogical Society (PAGS) welcomes beginner or experienced genealogists who have an interest in learning about or sharing their genealogical research experiences to attend the meetings as guests and to join PAGS. Genealogical activity and historical interests in Lebanon County and surrounding areas are emphasized in the meetings. The meetings are held the second Tuesday evening of each month.
We also encourage persons who are doing genealogical research in the Lebanon County area to share the surnames they are researching or to contact us to see if anyone is researching the same families. We have a surname file of the names that our members are researching and a list of local history books and family resources that our members own. Requests for specific surnames and information from books and family resources will be forwarded to the appropriate PAGS members who will respond to you.
Write to PAGS, P.O. Box 544, Palmyra, PA 17078, for more information about joining PAGS, meeting location, programs, the surnames you are researching, or your requests for name information. Include your mailing address and E-mail address when you request information. We do not accept requests for doing personal genealogical research for individuals.
