ADDAMS - ancestors and family of Samuel Addams who married Catherine HuyMaj. Samuel Jones is my ggg grandfather, whose daughter, Margaret Rebecca Jones, married my gg grandfather, James Bryan Darrah, MD. J. B. Darrah and his friend and business partner, Nathan Young, both of Bucks county, came to Berks in about 1840 and purchased much of the land on which the Village of Leesport was founded. They had a store there. Nathan Young married Harriet Addams, first cousin of Margaret Rebecca Jones.

Comments: Researching Thomas Ruckman, born 1789 in Pennsylvania. He is listed in the 1820 census in Reading, PA. By 1823, he was living in Ohio. His parents were also born in Pennsylvania. Looking for any information on his family, specifically his first wife who he married in Pennsylvania just before 1820 and had 3 children with, one of whom is my direct ancestor.

John Hatfield - b. 1746 Douglass, d. 27 Oct 1824 Berks Co., m. 27 Oct 1772 ??? to Mary Magdalena George (Jorge, Yorge) John Hatfield was a Rev. War soldier.
Mary Magdalena George - I would like to know more about her. I found a listing at the Fritz Cemetery "Anna Magdalena Hatfield", wf/o John (b. 1755, d. 4-9-1818). Also found a Johann Christian Yorge - b. 1764 (Rev War) and Magdalena Hanselman Jorge - b. 1765. I assume Johann was Mary's brother and Magdalena Hanselman Jorge was Johann's wife.
Adam Hatfield - b. bef 1723 ???, d. bet 1752-1756, m. 6 Jan 1742 Philadelphia to Martha Cleaver. Martha Cleaver - b. abt 1727 ???, d. ???, m. 1742 Adam Hatfield (see above).
I know there were many Hatfield families in PA so I don't want to waste time working on the wrong line. I would like to find family lineage charts, any bible records, wills, vital records, books, family narratives, etc. that might confirm some of the information that I already have, learn more about their history and track them back a little further.
