I, John A. Bomgardner, of East Hanover Township, Lebanon County and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

And first, I direct that all my just debts be paid by my executors hereinafter named,

Item, I give and bequeath unto Lizzie Yorty the sum of two hundred and fifty ($250.00) dollars. I give and bequeath unto Stella Yorty the sum of two hundred and fifty ($250.00) dollars. I give and bequeath unto Esther Yorty the sum of three hundred ($300.00) dollars. I give and bequeath unto Agnes Yorty the sum of two hundred and fifty ($250.00) dollars. I give and bequeath unto Bessie Burgner the sum of two hundred ($200.00) dollars. I give and bequeath unto Esther Burgner, now intermarried with Harry Rittle, the sum of one hundred and fifty ($150.00) dollars. I give and bequeath unto Lucy Burgner the sum of one hundred and fifty ($150.00) dollars. I give and bequeath unto Amos Bomgardner (my nephew) the sum of two hundred ($200.00) dollars. I give and bequeath unto the Trustees of Shirks U.B. Church in trust, the sum of three hundred ($300.00) dollars. The interest of this money shall be used for the purpose of keeping my block in the Cemetery of said Church in repair, and also to keep in repair the graves of Peter Dohner and his heirs on said Cemetery.

All the rest and residue, I give and bequeath to the Trustees of said Shirks’s U.B. Church, in East Hanover Township, Lebanon County Pa. in trust. This money shall be put on interest, and the interest shall be used by said Trustees for repairs of the Church and Cemetery, or for any purpose said Trustees may have use for the same at the Church and Cemetery or for the Pastor’s Salary, but the principal shall not be used.

It is my will, and I order my executors hereinafter appointed, to sell all my Real and personal property at public sale, and the money derived shall be used to pay my debts and the bequests. I give and bequeath unto William J. Yorty the sum of two hundred ($200.00) dollars, and this bequest shall also be paid out of my moneys, Before the last bequest to said Shirk’s U.B. Church is paid.

Lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint Aaron G. Bomgardner and Ezastus M. Albert to be the executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I John A. Bomgardner the testator have to this my last will and testament, set my hand and seal, this 4th day of October A.D. 1913
