Fayette County Genealogy Project

Located Hayes Grove, on property of Windell Hayes. (Correct spelling) about
3 or 4 miles from Dawson, on Chaintown Road, 3/10 mile past the Bryan
Methodist Church and Cemetery, on sharp left bend., on right , in woods.
Cemetery is overgrown with large trees and multiflora rose and blackberry bushes.

This is only sandstone found and is only stone with complete name and date
and, apparently erected at a later date than others.
