Directions: From the intersection of Rt 119 and Church Street in Smithfield, continue southeast on Rt 119 for about 2 blocks to the bottom of the hill and to the second entrance to the cemetery on the right. The upper entrance is very narrow between two concrete walls and the second entrance is very open.
