Directions: From Merritstown take Academy/Hopewell Road. About 5 miles past Hopewell Cemetery, turn right on to Rush road. Go about 3 miles to Nelson Lane and turn left. You will see a drive to the right marked Private Property. Go up this drive to house and ask permission. Cemetery is about 1 mile past this house. The road ends at a house, and cemetery is in a field under a large tree to the right. The man at the house said cattle were pastured in this field for years and used the tree in the cemetery for shade, knocking over stones.
