Before me a Justice of the peace in and for seal County, came John B. McClosky and Joseph Burkholder being duly qualified according to law, say that they will well and without prejudice or partiality, value and appraise the property of John Moore late of Derry Township which Susan Moore the widow of deceased shall select to retain under the provisions of the act of assembly of 14th April, 1851, and in all respects perform their duties as Appraisers, to the best of their skill and judgement.
