Brown witch he has a boock acount of money wittch he has paid over his Board which he has a right to and after he gets this amount then he gets equil share with the rest of the airs, John W. Brown, Sam O. Brown, Marget A. Daugherty, Miss Almira F. Brown, Mrs. Emily R. Fisher, James Z. Brown My wife is to have privlge of the the house as long as she lives. My hand is inclosed this 3 day of January 1896.
