Last Will
and Testament of Ephraim B. Kimble.
of Dyberry Twp. ... wife Amelia live remain at and occupy my
present Dwelling House and that she shall have and take of my property
all that she shall need ... so long as she shall remain my widow ö In
case of her marriage I give and bequeath to her the sum of one thousand
dollars and sufficient furniture wherewith to keep house not to exceed
however in value three hundred dollars.

M. Kimble out of my estate whatever she may need in and about my Dwelling
House with a home thereat as she has always had with her living as long
as she shall be minded to remain at home, and in case of her marriage
I give and bequeath to her one thousand dollars and also the Piano which
is to be hers married or unmarried.
I give and
bequeath unto my son Isaac K. Kimble all my equal and undivided right
interest and share in the lands and mill property held and owned by
me and George W. Kimble as tenants in common and the sum of five hundred
dollars ($500) to be paid to him two years after my decease.

All the
rest and residue of my personal and real estate of whatsoever kind or
nature, after the payment of the above legacies and contingences and
all Just debts and expenses, I give and bequeath and devise unto my
son Asa K. Kimble absolutely, and hereby nominate and appoint him sole
executor of this my last Will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
fifth day of January in the year of our Lord 1880.
