On a report card my grandfather, Ralph Savitz got for the 1909-1910 school year, it lists pupils names. It's in a booklet form, and the front  says Souvenir, has a picture on it with a framed print in Forget-Me-Nots.  Below is a poem:  That blue and bright-eyed floweret of the brook.  Hopes gentle gem, the sweet forget-me-not.  By Coleridge  I just have a copy of it.
