"I've "rescued" a group of photographs including two identified specifically as members of the HINDS Family.

Fred HINDS, probably taken in the 1880's when he was 3-4 years of age. There is no location on the photograph, however, a note on the back of the photograph suggests that it was a gift to Abbie SMITH.

Photograph of a young woman identified only with the surname HINDS. The photo was taken at the H.C. Yarrington Studio in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, probably sometime in the 1870's or 1880's when she was in her teens.

The third photograph is not identified, however it was taken at the Loudolph Hensel Studio in Hawley, Pennsylvania and is said to have come from the same source as the HINDS photographs. Also likely taken in the 1870's or 1880's it is of a young man probably in his teens or early 20's. With limited research I believe the first photograph may be of Fred HINDS b. 5 July 1886 who d. June 1972 in Ransom, PA. I'm hoping to be able to find someone from this family so that these wonderful old photographs can be returned to the care of family.
