OATH OF THE DEATH OF

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

SOMERSET COUNTY:

               Personally appeared before me A. A. Stutzman
Register for the Probate of Wills, and granting Letters of 
Administration in and for said County of Somerset,
J. H. Miller this being duly affirmed according to ????,
says that John L. Kesler died on the 17th day of
July A.D. 1885 between the hours of ?? and
5 o'clock A.M.
Affirmed and subscribed to before   }

John L. Kesler of Northampton
Township County of Somerset & State of Pennsylvania being of Sound Mind Memory and Understanding, I Make and Publish This My Last Will and Testament: As to Such, estate as it hath Pleased God.
?? ?????? one with I Dispose of the Same as follows: ???

1st) I Give devise and bequeath unto my Son John K. Kesler his heirs and assigns forever all My Property, Real Personal and Mixed of What nature or Kind soever and wheresoever. The Same Shall be at the Time of My Death.

2nd) I also nominate constitute and appoint My Son J. K. Kesler to be as Executor of this My Last Will and Testament. In wittness of This My Last Will and Testament written on one Sheet of paper, I John L. Kesler The Testator Set my Hand and Seal. This Eleventh Day of April A. D. One Thousand Eight
Hundred and Eighty Three.

presence of Each other have Subscribed our names as Wittnesses thereto.

Register for the probate of wills and granting letters of administration in and for the county
aforesaid, personally came ________________________________
the subscribing witnesses, to the will hereto attached, who being duly affirmed according to law, do say that they were present and saw and heard John L. Kesler the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument as and for his last will and testament, and that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and understanding,
to the best of their knowledge and belief.
