| Will of Joseph Fike Somerset County File #14, 1879, page 153 In the name of God Amen. I, Joseph Fike of Summit Township,
County of Somerset and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory and considering the
uncertainty of this frail and transition life do therefore make, publish and declare this to be
my last Will and Testament. My son Elias Fike has received at this date $926.49. My daughter Susan has received at this date $926.49. My son Samuel R. Fike has received at this date $926.49.My daughter Anna has received at this date $926.49. My daughter Catherine has received at this date $951.49. My son John M. has received at this date $1,448.83. My son Cyrus J. has received at this date $926.49. My son Jonas has received at this date $1,006.49. My son Daniel M. has received at this date $926.49. My son Mahlon has received at this date $926.49. Now it is my will that my daughter Susan and my sons John M. and Jonas who have received more
than the others of my children that they shall not receive any of the proceeds accruing from the
