This birdge, erected in 1870, was built to serve the villages of Althouse and Fogletown with access to the "state road" US Rt 219. Spanning Buffalo Creek between Berlin and Garrett, the bridge is 47 feet long and is Burr-Arch Construction.
The single span bridge is still in use, through passage is restricted to light vehicles.
