the Perry County Democrat (New Bloomfield, Pa.), May 9th 1883:

To All Whom It May Concern.
The following named accountants have filed their accounts in the office of the
Register of Perry county, Pa., and the same will be presented to the Orphans'
Court to be held in the Court House, in Bloomfield, on TUESDAY, 5th day of JUNE,
1883, for confirmation, to wit:
1. The first and final account of Jesse M. HARTER, guardian of Jesse
O'BRIEN, a minor son of Abraham O'BRIEN, late of Mifflintown, Juniata county,
Pa., deceased.
2. The first and final account of Benjamin BISTLINE, guardian of Charles
C. SHREFFLER, one of the minor children of Andrew B. SHREFFLER, late of Jackson
township, Perry county, Pa., deceased.
3. The first and partial account of G. W. and J. R. KOCHENDERFER,
administrators of John KOCHENDERFER, late of Saville township, county and State
aforesaid, deceased.
4. The account of John A. GARBER administrator cum testamento annexo of
Elizabeth HICKS, late of Madison township, county and State aforesaid, deceased.

PROTHONOTARY'S NOTICE-
The following Assignees' and Committee's accounts have been field in the office
of the Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas of Perry County, Pa., and will
be presented to the Court for confirmation on TUESDAY, the 5th day of JUNE,
1883:

McGINNESS, of Buffalo township.
2. The first and final account of J. W. SHULL, Esq., assignee of C. O.
SMITH, of Penn township.

ESTATE NOTICE.-- Notice is hereby given that letters of Administration on the
estate of John LEPPERD, late of Centre township, Perry county, Pa., deceased,
have been granted to the undersigned, residing in Wheatfield township. All
persons indebted to the said estate are requested to make immediate payment, and
all those having claims to present them duly authenticated for settlement.

NOTICE TO BRIDGE BUILDERS.--
On FRIDAY, MAY 18, 1883, between the hours of 1 and 2 o'clock pm, the
Commissioners of Perry county will let, by public outcry, on the premises, the
contract for building a County Bridge across Sherman's Creek, at the Lower Loop
fording, about three miles above Duncannon in Penn township, Perry county, Pa.
Said structure is to be a wooden covered bridge; single span of 150 feet between
the abutments; width of roadway between the aches 16 feet; height 12 feet in the
clear. The abutments are to be 14 feet high from line of low water mark,
to be 23 feet long at the top and 26 feet long at the line of low water mark and
7 feet thick at same line. Wing walls at west end to be 21 feet and those
at east end to be 18 feet in length. For plans and specifications see
