The following information appeared in the Perry County Democrat newspaper (New Bloomfield, Pa.) on February 14, 1883.

ESTATE NOTICE-- Notice is hereby given that Letters Testamentary on the last Will and Testament of John Gallagher, late of Penn township, Perry county, Pa., deceased, have been granted to the undersigned, residing in Harrisburg, Pa.  All persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment and all those having claims to present them duly authenticated for settlement.

REGISTER'S NOTICE.
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
The following named accountants have filed their accounts in the office of the Register of Perry county, Pa., and the same will be presented to the Orphans' Court, to be held in the Court House, in Bloomfield, on TUESDAY, 6th day of MARCH, 1883, for confirmation to wit:

1.  Final account of George BLATTENBERGER, guardian of Rebecca McKINZIE, Samuel McKINZIE, et al., minor children of Daniel McKINZIE, late of Watts township, Perry county, Pa., deceased.

2.  The first and final account of William W. McCLURE, Esq., administrator of the estate of Margaret GRAHAM, late of Tyrone township, county and State aforesaid, dec'd.

3.  The first and intended as the final account of William J. HARTER, administrator of the estate of Elizabeth HARTER, late of Greenwood township, county and State aforesaid, deceased.

4.  The account of Lewis POTTER, guardian of Mary E. DUDLEY, a minor child (now of age) of Richard DUDLEY, late of Duncannon, county and State aforesaid, deceased.

5.  The account of George HOOBAUGH, executor of the last will and testament of Mary E. GUERSKEY, late of Centre township, Perry county, Pa., deceased.

6.  The guardianship account of John W. CHARLES, guardian of Horace M. BAIR, a minor son (now of age) of John BAIR, late of Buffalo township, county and state aforesaid, deceased.

7.  The first and final administration account of Joseph BLACK, administrator of the estate of Elmer E. STOTTER, late of Carroll township, county and State aforesaid.

8.  The first and final administration account of William ADAMS, administrator of the estate of John BISHOP, late of Rye township, county and State aforesaid, deceased.

9.  The first and final account of George SPAHR, deceased, executor of the estate of Elizabeth W. REED, late of Bloomfield, deceased, presented by B. F. JUNKIN, executor of the last will and testament of said GEORGE SPAHR, late of Bloomfield borough, county and State aforesaid, deceased.

10.  The first and final account of Henry REEDER, administrator of the estate of Daniel SHOEMAKER, late of Miller township, county and State aforesaid, deceased.

11.  The account of A. F. EHLMAN, administrator of the estate of George CLESS, late of Jackson township, county and State aforesaid, deceased.

12.  The first and intended as the final account of William KIPP, administrator of the estate of Jacob R. RUNYAN, late of Millerstown borough, county and State aforesaid, deceased.

13.  The first and partial account of A. B. CLOUSER, executor of the last will and testament of F. B. CLOUSER, late of Bloomfield borough, Perry county, Pa., deceased.

14.  The supplemental and final administration account of Adam RICE, administrator of the estate of Robert Gibson JONES, late of Tuscarora township, county and State aforesaid, deceased.

15.  The first and intended as the final account of John W. SMITH, executor of the last will and testament of Andrew T. BROWN, late of Tuscarora township, county and State aforesaid, deceased.

16.  The account of John WOODEN, administrator de bonis non, cum testamento annexo of the estate, &c., of Peter TROUP, late of Newport borough, county and State aforesaid, deceased.

17.  The account of R. M. ENGLISH, administrator of the estate of Mary TROUP, late of the borough of Newport, deceased, presented by Kate ENGLISH, administratrix of R. M. ENGLISH, late of Newport, Perry county, Pa., deceased.

18.  The first and intended as the final account of H. F. ZARING, administrator of the estate of Jacob CROW, late of Buffalo township, county and State aforesaid, deceased. 

19.  The first and intended as the final administration account of Louisa SELTZER and M. Alice DILLEY, administratrixes of the estate of Isaac MECK, late of Liverpool borough, State and county aforesaid, deceased.

PROTHONOTARY'S NOTICE.

The following Assignee's and Trustee's accounts have been field in the office of the Prothonotary of the Court of Common Pleas of Perry county, Pa., and will be presented to the Court for confirmation, on TUESDAY, the 6th day of MARCH, 1883.

RULE ON HEIRS.
In the Matter of the Estate of William F. Miller, deceased.
Notice is hereby given that Emory B. Miller, administrator of William F. Miller, deceased, late of Watts township, Perry county, by petition to the Orphan's Court of said county, on the first day of January, 1882, obtained a rule on the heirs and creditors of said decedent to show cause why he should not be discharged from further liability, and rule being returnable on the 6th day of March, 1883.

AUDITOR'S NOTICE.
The undersigned, an auditor appointed by the Orphans' Court of Perry county to distribute the balance in the hands of Geo. S. Briner, administrator d.b.n. of Samuel Daniels, deceased, hereby gives notice that he will proceed to attend to the duties of his appointment at his office in Bloomfield, on Thursday, the 15th day of February, 1883, at 10 o'clock am, of said day when and where all parties in interest can attend.

ESTATE NOTICE-- Notice is hereby given that Letters of Administration on the estate of Elizabeth A. GRAHAM, late of Madison township, Perry county, Pa., deceased, have been granted to the undersigned residing in Saville township.  All persons indebted to said estate will make immediate payment and all having claims against the same will present them duly authenticated for settlement.
