Mrs. Sarah Goodrich, of
Blooming Valley, died suddenly Friday morning at about 9 o'clock. She
was in good health and had attended to her usual household duties when
she was suddenly taken sick. She was placed in bed and in a short time
died. The symptoms were those of heart disease. She was nearly 81 years
of age and a woman of remarkable physical energy. She was one of the
pioneers of that section, known and respected by a large circle of
acquaintances - Meadville Republican
