Curtis McKnight, father
of Mr. Ray McKnight of the Telegraph force and Fred McKnight of the
Eagle Force died at his home near Clarksville about half past ten
o'clock yesterday morning. He had been confined to his bed but
about a week, his sickness resulting from injuries received at the
raising of a building about three weeks before. Besides his wife,
he left six children, five sons and a daughter who will have the
sympathy of many friends in their loss. His funeral will probably
be held at Clarksville tomorrow.
