Death of Andrew M'Knight
Andrew
McKnight, who died at Clarksville, July 24, was a well known citizen of
this county, being born in Pymatuning twp., Jan. 3rd, 1808 and married
to Jemima Booth, Nov 16, 1830. He moved to the farm house, where
he died, in 1830 and reared seven children, three sons and four
daughters. One son, Andrew, Jr., died in infancy. For 50
years Mr. McKnight made a full hand. He joined the Old Seceder
Church, near Clarksville, soon after marriage and was a sincere
Christian to the time of his death.
