Lincoln
School, located at the corner of Gilmore Avenue and North
Center Street in Grove City was built in 1906. Voters approved a
$25,000 bond issue in 1905. W. G. Eckles,
who had designed the Central School, drew up the plans for the
building. The land was purchased for $2500. The building,
completed in 1906 at a cost of $21,148, was built by Atwell
and McCoy.
