I, Orville J. Neer of the city of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., being of sound mind, and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament:
1st.--I give and devise my real estate situate at the corner of Carey Avenue and Simpson Streets in said city to My wife, Anna Neer and to my daughter, Rose Neer Major, share and share alike.
2d.--All the rest of my estate both real and personal I give to my wife, Anna Neer and I appoint her executrix of this will.
