In the name of God Amen, I James B. Reynolds of Benton Luzerne County Pennsylvania being sick in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last will and Testament hereby revoking all others by me at anytime heretofore made. That is to say I will and desire that my wife Hannah Reynolds shall be paid by my son Charles Three Hundred Dollars and that she shall have a home in her homestead if she sees fit or elsewhere and have three Rooms in the house, the Parlor & 2 Bed rooms and the household Stuff and Furniture. and that my son Chas. B. Reynolds shall maintain, clothe and board her while she lives and give her one cow is she wishes it.

I will and bequeath to my son Chas. B. Reynolds all my personal property and Real estate my Farm Situate in Benton Luzerne County and Clinton Wyoming County Bounded on the east side by road leading from Benton to Factoryville on North by lands of C. B. Reynolds, on West by lands of John Wilson On South by lands of J. Wilson & Bowman Gardner - And I will and desire that my son C. B. Reynolds Shall pay to my three Daughters each the sum of Two Hundred Dollars as soon after my death as he conveniently can. viz
to Lorinda A. Mathewson Two Hundred Dollars~
to Harriet M. Lewis Two Hundred Dollars~
to Ada Bailey Two Hundred Dollars~

I also desire that all my debts Funeral expenses and charges for proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son Charles B. Reynolds of Benton Luzerne county Executor of this my will.

Reynolds sign above and heard him declare in our presence and in presence of each other that is was his last will and Testament, this Fourth day of December A. D. 1876.
