In the name of God Amen I, Daniel Davenport of Franklin, in the County of Luzerne, Farmer being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this to be my will and testament in manner following, that is to say, I order that all my just debts funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and after payment there of and every part thereof, I Daniel Davenport doth declare that there shall be a tombstone erected at the grave of my daughter Caroline the stone to be near alike the one (as possible) that I had erected at the grave of my son James.
My Beloved wife Mary Ann Davenport hath the privelege after my death of having and holding for her use all Furniture that she brought here after our marriage and all clothing belonging to her at the time of my death Including Bed Clothes and Bedding
I give and bequeath unto Ira Davenport and Ana Dymond (my grandchildren) the sum of Ten Dollars (each) to be paid to them one year after my death.
I give and bequeath to my son Isaac M. Davenport my silver hunting case watch.
I will that then shall be a Tombstone erected at my grave after my death the stone to be something similar to the one which I erected at my First wife's grave.
And all the rest residue and remainder of my goods and chattles ready money whatsover and wheresoever Both real and personal to be divided equally among my children herin named to my son Robert Davenport, my son Isaac M. Davenport, my daughter Albertina Davenport (now Smith Honeywell's wife), my daughter Mary Ann Davenport (now wife of Jacob Snyder), my daughter Lydia F. Davenport (now wife of Frank Davenport) Each to share and share alike.
I will and bequeath to my wife Mary Ann Davenport the Bed and Bedding that belonged to my daughter Caroline for the care that she took of my daughter Caroline during her illness. I also will that my wife Mary Ann shall have of my estate the whole amount which the laws of this state allows to widows of Deceased husbands.

No. 1 Codicil to the within Will
As Albertine Honeywell (my daughter) has died since the within will was written and also her husband Smith Honeywell and Phoebe Honeywell and Samy(?) Honeywell, her son and daughter are all dead.
I give and bequeath to my Beloved wife Mary Ann Davenport being my second wife, the heirship of Albertine Honeywell as written in my will on the within will. I do this from the fact that my daughter Albertine Honeywell was sick at the house for several weeks and died there and my wife Mary Ann took care of her during her sickness.
I give and bequeath to Daniel D. Walton, my name sake ( a grandson to my wife Mary Ann) the sum of one hundred dollars to be paid to him one year after my death.
And I also declare that my first wife's (Phoebe Davenport's) Tombstone shall be raised and fixed so that it shall be in line and on level with my son James and my daughter Caroline Tombstone and with mine is put there.

No. 3 Codicil to Within Will
I, Daniel Davenport doth this day give and bequeath to my wife Mary Ann Davenport Five Hundred Dollars to be paid out of my estate after all my just debts is paid, my motive for doing this is not to deban her from anything that I have given or bequeathed to her in any way in place in this my will but I do so that it (my estate) be settled fully and she my wife Mary Ann after after having received all that I have bequeathed to her cannot claim the interest of one third of my estate during her natural life.
