In the name of God Amen, I Benajah Fuller of Plymouth Township, County of Luzerne and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, considering the uncertainty of this Mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, blessed be Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form following (that is to say)

First I give and bequeath unto my sones William, Jeremiah, and Isaac my wearing appareel to be equally divided between them,

I also give and bequeath to my son Isaac my two horses and two Cows, The reason I give my sons no more is because I have given them their portions in land before.

I also give and bequeath to my daughters Lydia Trucks, Lucy Tuesdall, Lucy Roberts, Clarissa Atherton and Louisa Ruggles one hundred dollars each (that is to say) I have three promisary notes against my son Isaac and two against my son William all due in the year of our Lord 1838 each note to the amount of one hundred dollars, my meaning is that each of my daughters have one of said notes,

and lastly as to the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate, goods chattels of what kind and nature soever, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Catherine, and my desire is, that my wife at her decease divide it equally between my five daughters aforesaid, and further if my wife Catherine shall not make a Will which she hath a right to do, then my will is that all I have given to my wife Catherine after her decease be equally divided between my five daughters aforesaid. I hereby appoint my son William Fuller so Executor of this my last will and testament, bereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty fifth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty.
