Otto Alfred Gower succumbed following a heart seizure last night at his home, 348 Monument Avenue, Wyoming.

A son of the late Edward and Catherine Gower, he was born in Plains and prior to moving to Wyoming one year ago lived in West Pittston 45 years. Mr. Gower worked 42 years as an electrician at No. 14 Colliery of Pennsylvania Coal Company, until retiring several years ago. He was a member of West Pittston Congregational Church and St. John's Lodge 233, F&AM, Pittston.

Surviving are his widow, the former Pearl Traher, sons, Kenneth, Wappingers Falls, N.Y.; Willard, Collingswood, N.J.; daughters, Mrs. Melba Moss, at home; Mrs. Audrey Bohn, Wyoming; brothers, William, Endicott, N.Y.; Clarence, Forty Fort; sister, Mrs. Louise Marshall, Plains, and 10 grandchildren. Funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 2 from the Metcalfe and Shaver Funeral Home, 504 Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, with interment in West Pittston cemetery.

Rev. William J. Hill of West Pittston Congregational Church and Rev. William J. Medlock of Wyoming Baptist Church will officiate.

Friends may call Saturday night 7 to 9 and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
