Miner Dies of Injuries

John Roskey of Merritt Street, Plains, died at City Hospital Saturday afternoon from injuries he received several hours previous when he was caught under a fall of rock in the mines of the Pine Ridge colliery. He is survived by his wife and the following children: Albert, Harry, George, William, Thomas, Helen, Mary, Rose, at home: John of Endicott, N. Y.: Frank of Florida and Mrs. Matthew Kerely of Williamsport. The funeral will take place from his home on Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock. A high mass of requiem will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, with interment in Sacred Heart Church, Plains.
