OWEN CANNON
Owen Cannon, Aged 56, of 20 South Broad street, West Hazleton, died at 1:30 a.m. yesterday following six weeks' illness. He lived in that
borough the past thirty-one years and served as a police officer at West Hazleton for eight years. His wife was formerly Miss Berthe Shirmer. Mr. Cannon was a member of St. Gabriels' church. His parents were the late Charles and Nellie Cannon.Surviving him are his wife and the following children: Harold, Chester, Leroy, Hubert, Helen, Dorothy and Grace Cannon, all at home. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Mrs. Bridget Boyle of Schenectady, N.Y.; Mrs. James Breslin of Oakdale; Hugh and Charles Cannon of Tuscarora, and Mrs. Mary Stauffenberg, Mrs. John Brehm and Morris Cannon, all of West Hazleton.
