Mar. 08 Frank Baxter Scotch Miner 31 M 1 1 Old Forge Lackawanna Killed by fall of roof at end of pillar.

Apr. 06 John Masileski Polish Miner 48 M 1 0 consolidated Luzerne Killed by blast at face of chamber.

Apr. 19 Harry Fairclough American Gripman 29 M 1 1 Taylor Lackawanna Killed by cars 63 feet from foot of main shaft.

May. 04 Ludwig Jacobs Austrian Miner 42 M 1 3 Taylor Lackawanna Fatally injured by fall of top coal at end of pillar. Died May 16

May. 22 Jacob Padock Polish Miner 34 M 1 4 Langcliffe Luzerne Fatally injured by fall of bone coal at end of pillar Died June 3.

Jun. 05 Daniel Cotton American Miner 51 M 1 2 Hallstead Luzerne Killed by fall of roof at face of chamber.

Jun. 21 Michael Protuski Russian Miner 34 M 1 2 Old Forge Lackawanna Killed by fall of roof at end of pillar.

Jun. 29 Vincenza Constantini Italian Miner 38 M 1 0 Old Forge Lackawanna Killed by being struck by piece of coal that Burst off pillar in No. 13 chamber.

Jul. 16 Valintino Cavoli Italian Miner 33 M 1 1 Central Luzerne Killed by fall of roof at face of gangway.

Aug. 07 Pasquale Biancardi Italian Miner 47 M 1 8 Old Forge Lackawanna Killed by fall of roof at side of pillar.

Aug. 22 Thomas Scotisfava Italian Miner 34 M 1 2 Jermyn Lackawanna Killed by fall of roof at end of pillar.

Nov. 07 Thomas Sullivan American Carpenter 34 M 1 4 Old Forge Lackawanna Killed by cars on No. 2 shaft branch. Outside.

Nov. 21 Andrew Saski Slavonian Miner's Laborer 36 M 1 5 Taylor Lackawanna Killed by fall of roof at end of pillar.

Dec. 03 Joseph Kruser Polish Miner 50 M 0 0 Pyne Lackawanna Fatally injured injured by explosion of powder in cross-cut opposite No. 22 chamber. Died the next day.

Dec. 31 John Millefsky Polish Miner 38 S 0 0 Central Luzerne Killed by fall of roof at face of chamber.
