Franklin Street, southeast corner of land late of Polly Hotchkiss, adjoining Wm
Merrifield, Zeno Albro, a debt of $1022.70 owed to E. Merrifield was defaulted
on, now on 3 December 1872, this land sold to Wm Merrifield for $1285, being
the highest bidder witnessed by B.F. Louder
