Will of Susana Smith



Luzerne County Court House Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
No. 278 of 1898

I Susana Smith of the City of Pittston being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament: First. I direct that my lawful debts be paid and that I be buried in a manner corresponding with my station in life. Second. I give and bequeath to the Rev. William Brehl the sum of $50.00 to be used for his church in such manner as may seem to him best. Third. I give and bequeath to my niece Susan Adrian the sum of $25.00. Fourth. I give and bequeath to my brother Adam Coons the sum of $25.00 to purchase him a suit of clothes in the event of his returning cured from the Danville Asylumn. Fifth. All the rest of my estate, both real, personal and mixed, I give and bequeath to my sister Mary Adrain, wife of Frederick Adrain, she to pay my funeral expenses, all my lawful debts, and all of the bequests above mentioned. Sixth. I hearby appoint Frederick Adrian of the City of Pittston, and Mary Adrian of the same place executors of this my last will and testament.
