No. 315 of 1910. Will of Sarah Shupp, Deceased

I , Sarah Shupp, of the Borough of Plymouth, County of Luzerne, State of Pennsylvania, declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.

I give and bequeath unto Lillian Shupp the hair cloth sofa in the sitting room, a chest of drawers and a sewing table with drawers in the dining room, a Morris Chair in the parlor, one half of my bedding and table linen.

I give and bequeath to Mrs. Emily Shupp the remaining half of my bedding and table linen, all my lamps, the sideboard in the dining room, oak rockers in the sitting room and the walnut what-not.

I give and bequeath to my sister, Mrs. J.C. Leacock, all my wearing apparell.

I give and bequeath to my grand-daughter, Emily, wife of Harry Day, all my china and glassware, one-half dozen solid sterling silver dessert spoons and all other knives, forks and spoons not herein specifically bequeathed, also all my kitchen and cooking utensils.

I give and bequeath to Kenneth, son of Harry G. Shupp, one-half dozen silver teaspoons marked K.G.

I give and bequeath to Burton, son of Harry G. Shupp, one-half dozen silver teaspoons marked S.G and one-half dozen table spoons marked S.G

Advancements hereto for made to my son Walter G. Shupp and to my deceased son John C. Shupp, have exhausted their shares of my estate and therefore, I give and devise and bequeath unto my son, Harry G. Shupp and his heirs forever, all other personal property of whatso-ever kind and whatso-ever situate not here in before bequeathed and also all my real estate.

Lastly, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Harry G. Shupp, to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament.

In the witness whereof I, Sarah Shupp, the testatrix, have to this my will set my hand and seal this 16th day of May A.D. 1906.

Signed, sealed and declared by the said Sarah Shupp as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names at her request as witnesses thereto in the presence of said testatrix and each other.
