In the name of God Amen. I John Honeywell Sr. of the Township of Kingston, County of Luzerne and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and reason, do make and ordain this my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to my son John, my eldest child, sixty two and a half cents. I give and bequeath to Ura Carver, my grand daughter, thirty dollars, ---I give and bequeath to William Holmes, my grandson, the sum of thirty dollars. --I give and bequeath to my daughter Prudence the sum of five dollars. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary five dollars, I give and bequeath to John Wort, my grandson, a new fur coat, too good shirts, two pair of stocking, and one pair of sox, --I give and bequeath to my son Benjamin a certain tract or parcel of land bounded by lands of Mark Munson, Nathan Mulford, Jmes Delong, Abel, Numon and formerly the property of old Mr. Carver and John Honeywell, Jr. To have and to hold the same, he and his heirs forever, the property I give said Benjamin my son, considered worth four hundred and fifty dollars, and Benjamin wife to have out of the above mentioned tract of land, one hundred dollars, if she should outlive her husband.--I give and bequeath the residue of my property to my son William, which is a follows: one Bond and the rest in judgement notes, they will be left with Zida Hoyt, executor to my estate and John M. Cunnyingham, his assistant, to see that my business is settled correctly-whom I nomminate constitute and appoint sole executor and form of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other will by me at any time heretofore made. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand seal this twenty first day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine.
