I, Annie A. Ebersole (single woman) of the Borough of Palmyra, County of Lebanon, State of Pennsylvania, being of sound, disposing, mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my last Will and Testament in form, as follows:

Imprimis, I order and direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses, as soon as convenient after my decease, out of the first moneys received.

ITEM, I give and bequeath unto the Trustees of the Cemetery of the Reformed Church, located at Campbellstown, Pa., and to their successors, for the upkeep and maintenance of my block on said Cemetery, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

ITEM, I give and devise unto my brother, Jacob A. Ebersole, his heirs and assigns, all that certain house and lot of ground situate on Locust Street, in the Borough of Palmyra, Lebanon County, Pa., and now occupied by him as a residence.

ITEM, I give and devise unto my niece, Mabel B. Ebersole, her heirs and assigns, all that certain lot or piece of ground situate on Locust Street, in the Borough of Palmyra, Lebanon County, Pa., containing approximately one-half (1/2) Acrs. (sic)

ITEM, I order and direct my hereinafter named Executors to convert all securities and my personal property into cash, either at public or private sale, as they may deem proper.

ITEM, I hereby authorize, empower and direct my hereinafter named Executors to sell, at either public or private sale, all the real estate that I may die seized of, and to execute and deliver deeds, in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances, to the purchaser or purchasers thereof, without liability on the part of said purchasers to see to the application of the purchase money.

ITEM, Upon the conversion of all my personal property, and real estate, as hereinbefore provided, and the payment of all debts, I give and bequeath the balance of my estate in five (5) equal shares as follows: One full, equal 1/5 share of said residue of my estate to my sister Mary A. Shenk, and her heirs. One full, equal 1/5 share of said residue of my estate to my sister Leah E. Fisher, and her heirs. One full, equal 1/5 share of said residue of my estate to the children of my deceased brother Eli A. Ebersole, to be divided equally between them. One full, equal 1/5 share of said residue of my estate to the son, John Whitmeyer, and the grandson, Harry Keefer, of my deceased sister Elizabeth Whitmeyer, and to their heirs. One full, equal 1/5 share of said residue of my estate to my grandniece, Blanche M. Ricker, and her heirs.

Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my brother, Jacob A. Ebersole, and my sister, Leah E. Fisher, the Executors of this, my last Will and Testament.

In Witness whereof, I, the said Annie A. Ebersole, have to this my last Will and Testament, affixed my signature at the foot of each page, and set my hand and seal this 10th day of May, A.D. One Thousand Nine hundred and Twenty-three.
