The last will and testament of Daniel A. Ebersole of Palmyra, Londonderry Township, Lebanon County and State of Pennsylvania, who being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish as this my last will and testament.

First I direct that my body be decently interred beside my beloved wife in the Cemetery at Campbellstown, Pa. and that my said Executors hereinafter mentioned shall secure a double tombstone one similar to my fathers and his wife. The old stone of my wife to be removed.

Second, I order and direct that all my funeral expenses are to be fully paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

Third, I order and direct that all my estate, Real, Personal and mixed whatever and wheresoever shall be converted into money as soon as the same can conveniently be done after my decease and for that purpose I do hereby authorize and empower my said Executors hereinafter named to sell and dispose of all my said estate by public sale or sales for the best price that can be gotten for the same and by proper deed or deeds, conveyances, or assurances in the law to be duly executed, acknowledged, and perfected to grant, convey and assure the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof in fee simple.

Fourth, I order and direct my said Executor hereinafter named to pay or cause to be paid unto my sister Annie and Caroline A. Ebersole, a sufficient sum of money for their trouble during my illness and when the whole of my said estate shall be converted into money and all my just debts are paid. I will and order that the remainder then in the hands of Executors shall be divided into two equal parts or shares and disposed of as follows to wit. The one part or share thereof to be divided equally among Peter Alleman, Polly Knoll, Sarah Basehore and Henry Boltz and the second part or share thereof to be divided equally among Elias, John, and Jacob A. Ebersole, John Whitmoyer, Emma Kiefer, Mary Shenk, Annie & Caroline A. Ebersole and Leah Fisher.

Fifth, I direct and order that if any of the heirs hereinafter named are not satisfied with this my last will and testament and go to law. They shall forfeit their share in my estate. And lastly I appoint my esteemed friends Jacob K. Shank, Jacob A. Ebersole, John Whitmoyer and Henry Boltz to be the Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventh day of February A.D. 1890.
