In the name of God Amen, I John Bomgardner of East Hanover Township, Lebanon County, State of Pennsylvania, being weak in body, and of sound mind, memory, and understanding, but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form follow to wit:)
First, it is my will, and I do order, that all my just debts, and funeral expenses, be duly paid, and satisfied as soon as conveniantly can be after my decease, and as touching all the rest, and residue and remaining of my Estate, real, and personal, of what, king, and nature soever, the same may be in the county of Lebanon aforesaid or Elsewere, I give and desire and bequeathe the same unto my five children: George Bomgardner, John Bomgardner, Catherine Deerwechter wife of Jacob Deerwechter, Elizabeth Fasancht, Susan Shuey, widow of Henry Shuey, dec’d. and to their heirs, and assigns forever, to be equally divided, among them, share and share alike, after all expenses are paid and all charges in the settling of this my estate by my herein after named Executor, or the survivors of their;
And lastly I nominate and appoint my son John Bomgardner, to be the Executor of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all other, wills, Legacies, and bequests by me heretofore made, and declaring this and no other to be my last will and Testament,
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of March one thousand, eight hundred & sixty, Signed sealed and declared, to by the said testator to be his last will & Testament in the presence of us.
