I, Peter Allwein of Independent District, in the County of Lebanon and State of Pennsylvania, Widower, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former will made by me at any time heretofore made.
As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with I dispose of the same as follows to wit:
First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid.
Second: All the rest, residue and reminder of my estate, real, personal, or mixed, of what nature. kind or quality soever the same may be, I give and bequeath unto my housekeeper Elizabeth Seiders Peiffer, and unto her heirs and assigns forever.
And I do hereby appoint my said housekeeper Elizabeth Seiders Peiffer, sole executor of this, my last Will and Testament, and I direct that she shall settle up my estate without taking an appraisement and without being in account.
In witness whereof, I Peter Allwein the Testator, have to this my Will, within on this sheet of paper set my hand and seal, (unreadable) Fifteenth day of January A.D. one thousand and nine hundred eight (1908).
