Supplementary Information:
This is the will of John RISTENBATT, son of Herman RISTENBATT and Margreta Rebecca SCHAD. John was a brother to Sarah Ristenbatt Hartman Darkes. John's wife was Caroline, born Württemberg. I would very much like to find her maiden name. It is the one maiden name which I am missing among the siblings. An article is available on the RISTENBATT family.
 

Know all men by these presents that I John RISTENBATT of 127 South 
5th Street, City of Lebanon, County of Lebanon and State of 
Pennsylvania, Blacksmith, being in ill health and of sound and disposing 
mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and 
testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore 
made.

And as to my wordly estate, and all the property, real, personal, or 
mixed, of which I shall die seized and possessed, or to which I shall be 
entitled at the time of my decease,  I devise, bequeath, and dispose 
thereof in the manner following, to wit:

First. My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my 
executor hereafter named, be paid out of my estate, as soon after my 
decease as shall by him be found convenient.

Item. I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Caroline, her 
heirs and assigns forever all my property, real, personal and mixed of 
what nature or kind soever, and wheresoever the same shall be at the 
time of my death.

And I do nominate, constitute and apoint my son Herman RISTENBATT, 
sole Executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I John RISTENBATT the Testator, have to this, my 
will, written on one sheet of paper - made my mark and seal, this 
seventh day of July, A.D. one thousand nine hundred and four. (1904)
