To all people to Whom These Presents shall Come: Reuben Stine, 
High Sheriff of the County of Lebanon in the Commonwealth of 
Pennsylvania Sendeth Greeting. Whereas By two certain Writs (No. 
35 and 36) of Levari  Facias issued out of the County Court of 
Common Pleas, of the County of Lebanon, bearing test at Lebanon 
the Twenty seventh day of March last past, to the said sheriff 
directed he was commanded that without any other Writ of the lands 
and tenements of Christiana DOLL and her husband, Jacob 
DOLL, late of City of Lebanon in his bailiwick: to wit: a certain 
messuages, tenements and lots of small parcels of ground situate in 
the city of Lebanon aforesaid bounded and described as follows. 
No. 1  Beginning at a post on the south side of Union Alley a corner 
of land of John SCHMIED now the Park Brewery or hotel property 
thence along the south side of said alley N. 85 and ¼ degrees, E. 4 
and ¼ feet to a post thence by said DOLL’s other lot, S. 11 and ½ 
degrees , E. 85 feet to a post thence by land of Daniel HOUCK, 
South 65 and ½ degrees , W. 20 and ½ feet to a post thence by land 
of said SCHMIED now Park Hotel property N. 1 and ¼ degrees 
W. 90 and ¾ feet to place of beginning containing 3 and 5/8 perch of 
land.   No. 2 Beginning at a post on the south side of Union Alley, or 
corner of lot No. 1, thence along the south side of Union Alley N. 85 
and ½ degrees E. 27 and ¼ feet to a post a corner of lot of Michael 
SCHIVEL, thence by said SCHIVEL’s lot, south 4 and ¾ degrees 
E. 77 feet to a post thence by lands of Daniel HOCHT’s estate south 
65 and ½ degrees, W. 19 and ½ feet to a post thence by said Lot 
No. 1 N. 11 and ½  degrees W. 85 feet to the place of beginning 
containing 6 and ½ perches strict measure, also all those other 
messuages tenements and lots of ground No. 1 Beginning at a post 
on the south side of Union Alley in the city of Lebanon aforesaid a 
corner of lot of REINOEHL & MEILY thence along the south side 
of said alley north 86 and ½ degrees E. 27 feet 3 inches to a post 
thence by lot of REINOEHL & MEILY N. 7 degrees West 77 and 
½ feet to the place of beginning No. 2 Beginning at a post on the 
south side of Union Alley a corner of lot No. 1 above described 
thence along the south side of said alley  a corner of lot No. 1 above 
described thence along the south side of said alley N. 86 and ½ 
degrees  E. 28 feet to a post thence by lot of  Maria SCHIVEL, 
south  5 degrees E. 59 feet to a post thence by land of A. B. 
HOUCK S. 66 and ½  degrees W. 33 feet a post thence by lot No. 
1 above described N. 3 and ½ degrees W. 69 feet to the place of 
beginning. No. 3 Beginning at a post on south side of Union Alley a 
corner of lot No. 2 above described thence along south side of 
Union Alley N. 86 and ½ degrees  East 12 feet thence south 5 
degrees E. 59 feet thence south 66 and ½ degrees W. 12 feet thence 
N. 5 degrees W. 59 feet to the place of beginning and that he should 
have those moneys before the Judges at Lebanon at the County 
Court of Common Pleas there to be held for the said County of 
Lebanon, the second Monday of May next ensuing the date thereof 
to render to the said Plaintiff for debt and damages aforesaid and 
whereas the said sheriff having given due and legal notice of the time 
and place of sale of the said certain messuage tenement ? and did on 
the Fourth day of May A.D. 1895 expose the same to Public Sale by 
vendue or outcry and sold the same to Jacob DOLL of City of 
Lebanon for the sum of nine hundred and thirty dollars, he being the 
highest bidder, and that the highest and best price  bidded for the 
same, Now Know Ye that the said Sheriff for and in consideration of 
the aforesaid sum of nine hundred and thirty dollars and ? to him in 
hand paid by Jacob DOLL at and before the ensealing and delivery 
hereof the receipt whereof, he doth hereby acknowledge hath 
granted , bargained, and sold and by these presents according to the 
directions of the said recited Writ and by force and virtue thereof 
doth grant, bargain, and sell unto the said Jacob DOLL his heirs and 
assigns all that the said messuages tenements and lot of ground 
together with all and singular the buildings, improvements , rights, 
members and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in 
anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, 
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate, right, title,
interest, 
property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Christiana 
DOLL and her husband Jacob DOLL of, in, to or out of the same 
to Have and to Hold the  said messuage tenement and lot of ground , 
hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned or intended 
so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Jacob DOLL, his 
heirs and assigns to his only proper use and behoof forever for such 
estate and under such rents and conditions as the said Christiana 
DOLL and her husband Jacob DOLL has enabled the same, at, 
and immediately before the taking thereof in execution, but for no 
larger or greater estate than they the said Christiana DOLL and her 
husband Jacob DOLL then and there had and held the same 
according to the form and effect of the laws and usages of this 
Commonwealth in such case made and provided.  In Testimony 
whereof, I the said sheriff have hereunto set my hand and seal the 
ninth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred

Received on the day of the above written Deed Poll, of and from the 
above named Jacob DOLL, nine hundred and thirty dollars lawful 
money of the United States, being the full consideration therein 
mentioned.  Reuben Stine, Sheriff.

Be it remembered that on the Thirteenth day of May in the year of 
our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and ninety five (1895), in open 
court of Common Pleas, held at Lebanon in and for the County of 
Lebanon, before the Judges of said Court, came Reuben Stine 
Esquire sheriff of said County and acknowledged the above 
Indenture or Deed Poll to be his act and deed and desired that the 
said acknowledgment of the said deed might be entered of record in 
the proceedings of said Court, and the same was accordingly 
thereupon entered. In Testimony whereof,  I have hereunto set my 
hand and caused the seal of the said Court to be affixed the same
