Mrs. Josephene Reynolds Thompson, aged 78 years, widow of John L. Thompson, died at the family residence 563 East Long Avenue Wednesday evening after an illness of four years. She was born in New Castle, July 25, 1850, to John F. and Margaret Reynolds. She had spent all her life in this city. The following children survive: Olive M. Crowe of Cambridge Springs, Almeda P. Patterson of Brownsville, H.J. and C.L. Thompson, Margaret Francis and Florence E. Thompson. She also leaves one brother, A.W. Reynolds of this city, twenty-three grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Burial in Oak Park cemetery.
