Richard F. Gardner

Richard F. GARDNER, 72, of 104 Nesbitt Road died in Jameson Memorial Hospital following a lingering illness. The son of Thomas L. and Gertrude Vogel Gardner he was born April 15, 1921 in New Castle. Mr. Gardner was a Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Pauline S. Diller Gardner, whom he married Aug. 27, 1945; and two sisters, Dorothy Berg of Kona, Hawaii and Betty Kastle of Anchorage, Alaska. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two bothers, Thomas "Tim" Gardner and Fred F. Gardner. No burial information was given.
