Mary E. Campbell, wife of Charles Clarence Campbell of 100 Ray Street, passed away at the family residence, after an illness of some time. Death was caused by cancer. Her death came as a release from her suffering.

Mrs. Campbell was born in Ohio and was the daughter of Benjamin F. Dean and Celia Bentley Dean.

She is survived by her husband and the following children, who live to mourn her loss. Mrs. Harry Hunter, Elmer F., Ethel, Roy, James and Wesley Campbell all of this city.

Mrs. Campbell was a member of the Epworth Methodist Episcopal Church.

Funeral services Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 from the late residence and interment at Oak Park Cemetery.
