William M. Allison aged 87, died Thursday, October 8 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Bessie J. Gillespie of Spokane, Washington. Mr. Allison was born May 5, 1838 in Slippery Rock township. He went west about ten years ago. His wife preceded him in death by sixteen years. He leaves the following children, James R. Allison of Fowler, Colo., J. W. Allison of Cortland, Ohio, Mrs. Bessie J. Gillespie of Spokane, Washington, Howard G. Allison of Spokane, Washington, and Ed N. Allison of Lowellville, Ohio, also twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The body has been shipped to this city and funeral services will be held at a time to be announced later, at the Jerusalem Lutheran Church, near Princeton, with Rev. Howarth of the Princeton Presbyterian Church in charge.

Interment was made in the Jerusalem Lutheran Church Cemetery.
