I Sarah Bolsinger of Uniontown, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made. First. I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all my funeral expenses as soon after my decease as practicable. Second. I give and devise to my three children Mary Jane Endsley, Hettie B. Frost and John Bolsinger, their heirs and assigns forever, in equal shares, that certain lot of ground in the Borough of Uniontown, PA together with the improvements thereon, situate on the north side of Mt. Vernon Ave. containing one and a half acres more or less and bounded on the East by lot of Metta J. Keys and on the West by an alley and on the north by land of Eliza J. Bierer and sisters. Third. I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate to my three children Mary Jane Endsley, Hettie P. Frost and John Bolsinger, their heirs and assigns, to be divided equally between them, share and share alike, per stirpes, and I direct that my household furniture, bedding and clothing be divided by them by lot without sale or appraisement. Fourth I hereby appoint Joseph Strickler of Uniontown, PA Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventeenth day of November One thousand Eight hundred and Ninety seven.

Signed, sealed published and declared as and for the last will and testament of Sarah Bolsinger the testatrix by the said Sarah Bolsinger in our presence who at her request have hereunto set our hands in her presence and in the presence of each other.

Be it remembered. That on 2nd day of March A.D. 1905, before me Logan Rush, Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for said County, came Frank M. Semans Jr. And J.V. Thompson subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of Writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Sarah Bolsinger, deceased, who, being duly sworn, according to law, did each depose and say that they were personally present and saw the said Sarah Bolsinger sign and seal the foregoing Instrument of Writing. And heard her declare the same to be her last Will and Testament, when of sound and disposing mind and memory to the best of their belief. That they signed their names as Witnesses thereto by request of the said Testatrix in her presence, and in the presence of each other. That they know of no undue influence being used in making said Will or any later Will made.

Now March 2nd, 1905, the testimony of the above witnesses being adjudged sufficient. I do hereby admit the foregoing Will to probate and order the same to be recorded as such. Given under my hand, at Uniontown, the above date.
