Fayette County Genealogy ProjectWill of Sarah Bolsinger I Sarah Bolsinger of Uniontown, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made. First. I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all my funeral expenses as soon after my decease as practicable. Second. I give and devise to my three children Mary Jane Endsley, Hettie B. Frost and John Bolsinger, their heirs and assigns forever, in equal shares, that certain lot of ground in the Borough of Uniontown, PA together with the improvements thereon, situate on the north side of Mt. Vernon Ave. containing one and a half acres more or less and bounded on the East by lot of Metta J. Keys and on the West by an alley and on the north by land of Eliza J. Bierer and sisters. Third. I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate to my three children Mary Jane Endsley, Hettie P. Frost and John Bolsinger, their heirs and assigns, to be divided equally between them, share and share alike, per stirpes, and I direct that my household furniture, bedding and clothing be divided by them by lot without sale or appraisement. Fourth I hereby appoint Joseph Strickler of Uniontown, PA Executor of this my last will and testament.
