William SHOEMAKER - 1814

Be it remembered that I William Shoemaker of Union Town in the County of
Fayette State of Pennsylvania being of. of sound disposing mind and memory.
do bless God for the same, and calling to mind the certainty of death and
the uncertainty of the time thereof do make this my last will and testament
in manner  and form following, First I order my just debts and burial
expenses to be fully paid with all convenient speed -- Secondly I give to my
beloved wife Martha Shoemaker all my estate both real and personal -- where
so ever being lying or situated to her and to her assigns forever, and I do
nominate and appoint my said beloved wife Martha Shoemaker to be the sole
executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void
all former wills and testaments heretofore by me made and do declare publish
and pronounce this only to be my last will and testament In witness whereof
I the said William Shoemaker the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal
the twenty fifth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fourteen

Signed Sealed Pronounced published and declared the said William Shoemaker
the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us,
who have subscribed our names hereunto as witnesses in his presence & at his
request and in the presence of each other
