ISAAC BARTLETT
Be it Remembered that I Isaac Bartlett yeomn. of Menallen Township Fayette County and State of Pennsylvania taking into consideration the Mortallity of Man & being week of body but of sound mind, memory & discretion do hereby make publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking & annulling all former wills hereto fore by me made. "to wit" 
first that all my just debts and funeral expences be speedily and punctually paid 
2d Item to my loving wife Sarah Bartlett I leave and bequeath to her and and <sic> her heirs forever that Messuage and Small tract of land whereon I now live adjoining lands of John Hackney on th East. Robert Jackson on the North and William Dixon on the west and Soth. Containing twenty two acres and a half and some perches as deeds will further show - together with all my personal Estate. 
3d Item I do likewise will and bequeath to my wife Sarah Bartlett as above named all that tract of land situate in German Township Fayette County Pa. whereon I formerly lived: now occupied by Dennis Dulaney, Adjoining lands of John Smith on the East, Jacob Franks on the south, and German Meeting house lands on the west, and Sowers on the North called Fearstsburg" containing one hundred and thirty one acres and three fourths to have and to hold the same with its appertinances during her Natural life. 
4" Item and after the decease of my sd wife that the last mentioned and described tract of land be sold and the proceeds thereof be equally divided amongst all my Heirs "Viz" Jane Dulany wife of Daniel Dulany and Sarah Dunaway wife of Mathew Dunaway and Isaac Bartlett Junr and his other Sister, Rachel Dulany wife of Moses Dulany (and younest daughter of Thomas Bartlett decd. 
And lastly I Do make, Ordain and appoint John Hackeney of Fayette county Menallen Township Pa and Sarah Bartlett my wife of the County and State afforesaid my lawful Executors to this my last will and Testament, Sined, Sealed and Acknowledged in the presence of the subscribing witnesses and they in the presence of each other.
