Clearfield Methodist Episcopal Clearfield Circuit Church Records, 1861-1907. In 1876 Clearfield Circuit included Centre in Lawrence Township, West Clearfield, Goshen and Shawville in Goshen Township, Mt. Joy. In 1881 Gillingham and Congress Hill in Girard Township were added. The Mt. Zion school house appointment was also included. Before 1876 preaching appointments were also at Pine Glen School, Asheys School, Snowshoe, Karthaus, Paradise, Wolf Run, Union School, Bridgens School, Price School, Newgarden School. In 1891 the West Clearfield Charge included Pleasant Grove, Centre, West Clearfield, Mt. Zion, Mt. Joy, Paradise, and other localities.

Wallaceton Charge included churches at Oak Grove, Wallaceton, Hunters, Bradford, Sylvan Grove in Cooper Township, Marysville, and Blue Ball or West Decatur. Other localities include Allport, Palestine, Fairview in Graham Township, Centre Hill, Black Oak School.

Emanuel Lutheran Church Records, ca. 1900-1953. Emanuel Lutheran Church was organized about 1900 as a Swedish Lutheran congregation located in West Clymer [probably in Cooper Township], Clearfield County. In 1953 it merged with Nebo Lutheran of Peale to become the First Lutheran Church at Grassflat.
