ANTHONY PETRONIO

ANTHONY "TONY" PETRONIO of Warminster, formerly of Hazleton, died suddenly on Thursday, June 19, 2003, at his home. He was 64.

He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 40 years, URSULA (FEDULLO) PETRONIO.

Born in Long Branch, N.J., he was a son of the late ANTHONY and CARMELLA (FORNATARO) PETRONIO.

A graduate of Hazleton High School, Class of 1957, he excelled in many sports and was an all-star fullback on the football team. Although he had many college scholarship opportunities, he elected to serve his country in the U.S. Navy, before putting himself through King's College in Wilkes Barre.

A certified public accountant, Tony was a senior adult manager with Arthur Andersen and later served as chief financial officer with Globe Security Systems and The Beck Co. In recent years, he owned and operated Minuteman Press of Huntingdon Valley.

Tony had a great passion for golf. His many other hobbies included skiing, swimming, coaching, rooting for Notre Dame and making his homemade sauce and meatballs.

He will be greatly missed by his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing from 11 a.m. until the funeral Mass at noon on Tuesday, June 24, in St. Jude Church, 321 W. Butler Ave., Chalfont. Interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery.
