IN the name of God Amen. I Anna Maria Loy in Greenwich Township, Berks County and state of Pennsylvania, Widow, am Old and Weak -- feeling that I have not Long to Live on this World, but God be thankt am by my good Understanding. I make and ordain my Last Will and Testament in form as follows, I recommend my Soul in the hands of God who gave it to me, and recommend my Body to be Buried in the earth in a Christian Manner untill the rising at the Last Day; and I name and ordain Philip Kugler in the abovesaid Township, County & State; as Executor, and I bequeath and Assign to my Son George Loy's Daughter Elizabeth all my Estate, wherewith God has Blessed me on this world, House furniture and Linnen all what is in and out the Chest and Boxes. Likewise the Money that is yet due to me of my third part of the Last Vendue which was held the 1st Day of May 1784 through me and my Son George Loy as Administrators, and Likewise the Money due to me of Several Persons and of said Estate all cost shall be paid that was made in my Sickness and by my Burying, and said Elizabeth shall, and Promises to be my Nurse as well in the Night as in the Day till to my Last End. I confirm such with my hand and Seal that this is my Last will and Testament the Sixteenth Day of November in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five.
