Last Will and Testament of Samuel Kintzi, [written 18 Mar 1871] Proved Jan. 28th AD 1882 and Letters Testamentary in Common form were granted unto William Hoch (the other Executor having since died, Ephraim Kline) the Executor in the will named having first been duly qualified thereto, died on this 15th day of January AD 1882 at 4 o'clock P.M.

I Samuel Kinsy of the Township of Alsace in the County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. Imprimise [inprimis], I direct all my Just debts and funeral Expenses to be Satisfied by my Executors, hereinafter named as soon as Conveniently may be after my decease.

Item, I give, devise and bequeath to my Brother David Kinsy, and to my Sister Susanna Hoch (Widow) and to my Sister Sarah Klein, all the rest and residue and remainder of my Estate Real, personal and ?Mixed whatsoever, and wheresoever the Same may be, share and share alike, to their heirs and assigns for Ever, after the Same is Converted into money by public Sale, in two Years time after my decease, by my Executors hereinafter named.

And Lastly, I do Nominate and appoint my Nephews, William Hoch, and Ephraim Klein to be the Executors, this my last Will and Testament, In witness whereof I Samuel Kinsy, the Testator have to this my Will written on one sheet of paper, set my hand and Seal this Eighteenth day of March A.D. one thousand and seventy one.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Samuel Kinsy, as for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto Subscribed our names at his request as Witnesses thereto in the presence of the Testator and each other.

Codicil

I Samuel Kintzi, the within named Testator, to hereby make and publish this codicil to be added to my last Will and Testament, bearing date the eighteenth day of March A.D. 1871, in manner following, to wit:

Whereas I have in my said Will, given and devised unto my nephew, William Hoch, the Messuage and Tract of Land, situate in Alsace township, Berks county, and which we now occupy, I do hereby declare, that my Will is that all the hay, straw, grain in the ground, grain in the barn, thrashed or unthrashed, including wheat, rye, oats and corn, shall go and belong to the said William Hoch, and I do hereby give and bequeath the same to him, absolutely.

And I appoint the said William Hoch, sole executor, of my said last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other appointments of executor or executors.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of July A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty one.
